Emulsifying process：



SILIT-2840LV <100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-2840LV      ----200g

+TO5      ----50g

+TO7      ----50g

BCS       ----10g

Stirring 10minutes

② slowly +H2O ----200g; then stirring 30minutes

③  slowly +HAc (----20)  + H2O (----200g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④  +H2O ----270g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content





Application：

SILIT-2840LV is amino silicone softener, almost no d4d5d6 meets the latest EU regulations，The product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, It has good soft feel, smooth.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l
