Emulsifying process：

SILIT-8900 <95% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-8500      ----226g

+TO8      ----64g

+TO7      ----85g

Stirring 10minutes

②  +H₂O ----200g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----3g)  + H₂O (----300g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring

15min

①  +H₂O ----164g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content

Application：

SILIT-8300 is a kind of special quaternary silicone softener, product can be usedin various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs good softness and excellent smoothness and hydrophilicity and good stability for salts, especial for towel and knitting fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-8300 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
