SILIT-2660LV SUPER SOFT HYDROPHOBIC MICRO EMULSION

SILIT-2660LV is one micro modified silicone emulsion and high concentration emulsion, which is easy to be diluted and almost no d4d5d6 meets the latest EU regulations.. It is used for softener of textiles such as cotton and itsblend fabric, polyester, T/C and acrylics. It has super soft handfeeling, elastic and drapability.

Emulsifying process：






SILIT-2660LV <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

Add 500kgs SILIT-2660LV, first add 500kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.







Application：




SILIT- 2660LV  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l










Packaging and storage：



SILIT-2660LV is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
