SILIT-2840is aminosilicone softenerand a reactive functional silicone fluid. The product can be used in varioustextile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending,It has good softandsmooth feel,little effect on the degree of whitenessand drapability.

Emulsifying process：


SILIT-2840 <100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-2840      ----200g

+TO5      ----50g

+TO7      ----50g

BCS       ----10g

Stirring 10minutes

② slowly +H2O ----200g; then stirring 30minutes

③  slowly +HAc (----20)  + H2O (----200g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④  +H2O ----270g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content



Application：

SILIT- 2840 is amino silicone softener. The product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, It has good soft feel , smooth.

How to emulsify SILIT- 2840, please refer to the emulsification process.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l






Packaging and storage：


SILIT-2840 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
