Emulsifying process：






SILIT-8799H<80% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-8799H----750g

②  +H2O ----472g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----24)  + H2O (----400g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④ +H2O ----354; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2000g / 30% solid content

Appllication：SILIT-8799H is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs excellent super stability.


Usage Reference:

How to emulsify SILIT-8799H please refer to the emulsification process.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

SILIT-8799H is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
