Hydrophilic Silicone

SILIT-8799 is a high concentration special block structure of amino-polyether silicone softener, product can be used in varioustextile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending, rayon, viscose fiber, chemical fiber etc., especially adapted to towel that needs high hydrophilicity and good handfeeling.

Emulsifying process：




SILIT-8799 <80% solid content> emulsified to 40% solid content cationic emulsion

①   SILIT-8799      ----875g

+TO6      ----100g

Stirring 10minutes

②  +H2O ----400g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----12g)  + H2O (----400g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④  +H2O ----213g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2kg / 40% solid content

SILIT-8799 is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs good stability and hydrophilicity.

Usage Reference:

How to emulsify SILIT-8799 please refer to the emulsification process.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(40%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(40%)  5 - 15 g/l

SILIT-8799 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
