BLOCK SILICONE EMULSION WITH LOW YELLOWING

Technical Data：

Emulsifying process：

SILIT-3300 <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  Add 500kgs SILIT-3300, first add 250kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

②  Add 250kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes until the emulsion is

homogenous and transparent.

Application：

SILIT- 3300 can be used as various textiles finishing agent (such as cotton and its blends, rayon, viscose fiber, synthetic fiber, silk, wool, etc). Especially suited for synthetic fiber, nylon & spandex, polyester plush, polar fleece, coral velvet, PV velvet and wool fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  1 - 3% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  10 - 30 g/l

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-3300 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
