Hydrophilic Silicone

A kind of special quaternary silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs good hangfeeling and hydrophilicity. Excellent product stability, alkali, acid, high temperature cannot cause emulsion breaking, completely solve the sticky rollers and cylinders and other safety issues; can be stained with the bath. Excellent soft feel. Does not cause yellowing SILIT-8865E is a kind of high content macro emulsion of hydrophilic silicone. It is used for hydrophilic softener of textiles such as cotton and its blend fabric,polyester, T/C and acrylics. It has good soft feel, smooth and hydrophlicity.

2 Padding process:

SILIT-8865E                                  5~15g/L (After dilution)
(30%emulsion)

Usage :double-dip-double-nip







Dilution method：

Only one thing need be attention. In fact SILIT-8865E is high content emulsion; it can be used when its emulsion inversion around 30% solid content by carefully stirring.
So factory must carefully stir it before using, pls strictly dilute it with the following method.
462Kgs SILIT-8865E,
Add water 538Kgs ,keep stirring 5 minutes.
So now it is 30% solid content emulsion and stable enough, now fty can directly add water and dilute it to any solid content.





Packaging and storage：



SILIT-8865E is available in 200kg plastic drums.
Storage and shelf-life
When stored in its original packaging at a temperature of between -20°C and +50°C, SILIT-8865E may be stored for up to 12 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, Shanghai Vana Biotech no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
