SILIT-8980is a high concentration special block structure of quaternary silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing,such as cotton and polyesterand blends,especially adapted to polyester fabric that needs excellent hydrophilicity and good handfeeling.

Emulsifying process：




SILIT-8980<80% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

① SILIT-8980----750g

② +H2O ----472g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----24)  + H2O (----400g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④ +H2O ----354; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2000g / 30% solid content

SILIT-8980 is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs super hydrophilicity.

How to emulsify SILIT-8799H please refer to the emulsification process.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

SILIT-8980 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
