SILIT-2160C HYDROPHOBIC MICRO EMULSION

SILIT-2160C is a kind of micro modified silicone emulsion and high concentrationemulsion, which is easy to be diluted. It is used for softener of textiles such as cotton and itsblend fabric, polyester, T/C and acrylics，especial for mink fabrics. It has good soft and smooth handfeeling.

Emulsifying process：









SILIT-2160C <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

Add 500kgs SILIT-2160C, first add 500kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.





Application：



SILIT- 2160C  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l








Packaging and storage：



SILIT-2160C is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
