SILIT-8100 is 100% high concentration block structure of quaternary silicone softener, it can be emusified into hydrophilic emulsion, and usedinvarious textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, etc.,especially adaptedto cotton towel that is fluffy and smooth handfeeling and good hydrophilicity.

Emulsifying process：





SILIT-8100 <100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-8100                ----400g

+TO5                ----100g

+TO7                ----100g

+ BUTYL GLYCOL    ----100g

Stirring 10minutes

②  +H2O ----500g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----12g)  + H2O (----500g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④ +H2O ----288g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2kg / 30% solid content







Application：



SILIT-8100 is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs excellent smooth handfeeling and hydrophilicity.
Usage Reference:

  • How to emulsify SILIT-8100 please refer to the emulsification process.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l














Packaging and storage：



SILIT-8100 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
