The special silicone oil for 275 vacuum diffusion pump is a colorless transparent oily liquid with excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, a very steep vapor pressure curve, and a very low vapor pressure at room temperature. Its freezing point is low. Even at low temperatures, its viscosity changes very little, and it has non-toxic, non corrosive, and chemical stability. Therefore, it is an ideal high vacuum diffusion pump oil. It is mainly used in the high vacuum smelting industry, electronic tube industry, light bulbs, high vacuum coatings (films), atomic energy accelerators, electron microscopes, displays, and other fields. It is suitable for various diffusion pumps at home and abroad that require high vacuum or ultra high vacuum in the electronics, aviation, nuclear industry, and other industries.

Comparison between 275 and petroleum diffusion pump oil

1. The protection efficiency is 28% higher than that of ordinary diffusion pump oil, and the oxide content is 3 times less than that of mineral oil.

2. Its service life is 50% longer than mineral oil, and it can be used at 250℃for a long time (over 1000 hours).
