Emulsifying process：

SILIT-8200N <80% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-8200N      ----477g

+TO5      ----85g

+TO7      ----85g

Stirring 10minutes

② +H₂O ----600g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----12g)  + H₂O (----300g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④ +H₂O ----438g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2kg / 30% solid content

Application：

SILIT-8200N is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs excellent smooth handfeeling and hydrophilicity

  Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

  Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-8200N is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
