SILIT-8800N is a kind of high concentration block structure of quaternary silicone softener, it can be emusified into macro hydrophilic emulsion, and used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, etc.,especially adapted to cotton towel that is soft and fluffy handfeeling and goodhydrophilicity.

Emulsifying process：




SILIT-8800N <80% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

① SILIT-8500      ----477g

+TO5      ----85g

+TO7      ----85g

Stirring 10minutes

② +H2O ----600g; then stirring 30minutes

③ +HAc (----12g)  + H2O (----300g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④ +H2O ----438g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  2kg / 30% solid content

SILIT-8800N is a kind of special quaternary self-emusified silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blending etc., especially adapted to fabric that needs excellent soft and fluffy handfeeling and hydrophilicity.
Usage Reference:

  • How to emulsify SILIT-8800N please refer to the emulsification process.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l












Packaging and storage：




SILIT-8800N is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
