Emulsifying process：

SILIT-2300 <100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-2300      ----200g

+TO5      ----50g

+TO7      ----50g

BCS       ----10g

Stirring 10minutes

② slowly +H2O ----200g; then stirring 30minutes

③  slowly +HAc (----20)  + H2O (----200g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④  +H2O ----270g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content

Application：

SILIT-2300 is amino silicone softener. The product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, It has good soft feel , smooth and little effect on the degree of whiteness.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-2300 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
