Emulsifying process：

SILIT-4916 <50% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  Add 600kgs SILIT-4916, first add 200kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

Application：

SILIT-4916 can be used of fabrics but may be most beneficial for synthetics, synthetic/cotton blends, polyester fleece and wool.on a variety The finishing solution has good shear stability and pH stability, making it suitable for jet and overflow dyeing.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  1 - 3% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  10 - 30 g/l

Guides of Stripping :

SILIT-4916 can be stripped off fabric. The stripping formulation is as follows:

Na₂CO₃ 5g/l

LABS(30%) 2-5%

Add water and Na₂CO₃ onto fabric tank and then heat to 100℃ for 60 min. Then rinse fabric with acidic water and water.

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-4916 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
